Top 3 Things You Should Know About Graphic Laminate

1

Logos and Branding are two of the most common ways of making your tables unique.

2

You can use any kind of graphic: photos, digital designs, orginal art, anything!

3

We have a large selection of Standard Designs that can be produced in any color palette.

How Graphic Laminate is Produced:

1

Custom or Standard graphics are designed on the computer and prepared for printing.

2

The laminate design sheet is then printed out on a large-scale inkjet printer using
special inks and paper.

3

A sandwich is made of a clear plastic overlay, the printed design paper, and layers of craft paper intermixed with phenolic resin.

4

This sandwich is placed in a press and subjected to high temperature and pressure, bonding the materials together to create a laminate sheet.

5

The individual laminate pieces are cut out of the sheet.

6

They are then glued to a particleboard core and the appropriate edge is applied, creating a finished table top.

All Graphics are Approved by the Customer Before Production:

1

First we email the customer a PDF
approval form so the customer can
approve the size, color and placement of their graphic.

2

Then we ship an actual laminate sample (shown below) which shows how graphics and colors will reproduce. Colors are shown with multiple options so that the customer can approve the one that is best.

Don't Have Good Artwork?

We can rebuild your logo from a low-resolution JPEG into a reproduction-ready graphics file.
